These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Motion UGC (the “Service”), operated by Devtrest. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on subscription plans and credit top-ups. Paid plans may begin with a $1, 3-day trial that automatically converts to the plan price unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Credits are consumed when you generate videos or images. Monthly credits expire 30 days after they are issued; lifetime and top-up credits do not expire. Prices and credit allocations are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without authorization. See our Fair Use Policy and Custom Avatar Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of the products, scripts, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, videos and images you generate are yours to use commercially, including any royalty-free stock or music from our library.
Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
We do not guarantee any particular result, performance, or return on ad spend.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtrest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
