These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Motion UGC (the “Service”), operated by Devtrest. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans start with a 3-day trial for $1. By starting a trial you authorize us to charge the full monthly price of the plan you selected to the same card when the trial ends.
The trial converts to a paid subscription AUTOMATICALLY. If you do not want to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends from Billing → Manage in your dashboard. If you do not cancel in time, the charge is final and non-refundable.
One trial per person. Creating extra accounts to obtain additional trials is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month, with no end date, and the plan price is charged to your saved card on each renewal date until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment processor may retry it, and your access to generation may be paused until payment succeeds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Each successful monthly payment adds your plan's credits to your account. Credits are consumed when you generate videos or images, and the cost of each generation is shown before you start it.
Credits do not expire: credits from previous months roll over while you keep your account. No credits are added for a month that is not paid, or after your subscription is cancelled or turned off.
Generating content requires an active plan (trial or paid). If your subscription ends, your unused credits stay on your account and can be used again when you resubscribe.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, sold, or transferred. Prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including the $1 trial fee, every subscription payment and credit top-ups, as described in our Refund Policy. Credits for jobs that fail because of a system error are returned to your credit balance automatically.
Disputing a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting support may result in suspension of your account and removal of credits.
You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without authorization. See our Fair Use Policy and Custom Avatar Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of the products, scripts, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, videos and images you generate are yours to use commercially, including any royalty-free stock or music from our library.
Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
We do not guarantee any particular result, performance, or return on ad spend.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtrest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
