Custom Avatar Policy

This policy governs custom AI avatars and any use of a real person's likeness on Motion UGC. It protects individuals and keeps the platform trustworthy.
1. Consent is required
You may only create or upload an avatar based on a real person if you are that person, or you have their explicit, verifiable consent to use their likeness and voice for AI-generated content.
Creating an avatar of a public figure, celebrity, or any individual without authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited likeness use
No non-consensual, deceptive, defamatory, sexual, or misleading depictions of any real person.
No content that implies a real person endorses a product, statement, or view they have not authorized.
3. Voice cloning
Voice cloning features require that the voice belongs to you or that you have documented permission from the voice owner. Impersonating a real person's voice without consent is not allowed.
4. Library avatars
Avatars offered in our library are licensed for use within the Service to generate your content. They may not be extracted, redistributed, or used to represent a specific real individual.
5. Reporting & enforcement
If you believe your likeness has been used without consent, email support@motionugc.com and we will investigate promptly. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.
