This Privacy Policy explains how Motion UGC (operated by Devtrest) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service.
Account information: your name, email, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google).
Content you provide: product links, uploaded images or videos, scripts, and prompts you submit for generation.
Usage & billing data: how you interact with the Service, plan and credit activity, and payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to improve the Service.
To provide and operate the Service (generate your videos and images, manage credits, and process payments).
To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
To communicate with you about your account, transactional emails, and — where permitted — product updates.
We share data with trusted processors only as needed to run the Service: Supabase (database & authentication), Cloudflare R2 (media storage & delivery), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and AI providers (e.g. Runware and its underlying models) to generate your content.
These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection agreements.
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can export or delete your account data from your account settings, or email us.
We honor applicable GDPR/CCPA requests. Contact support@motionugc.com to exercise your rights.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
