Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy (also called our Acceptable Use Policy) keeps Motion UGC safe and reliable for everyone. It applies to all accounts and generated content.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Motion UGC to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
You may not generate deceptive content designed to defraud, spread misinformation, impersonate a real person or brand without authorization, or produce non-consensual likenesses.
2. Prohibited use
No reselling, sublicensing, or providing the raw Service as your own generation API without a written agreement.
No scraping, automated abuse, attempts to bypass credit limits, or reverse-engineering of the Service.
No use that violates the advertising or content policies of the platforms you publish to (e.g. TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
3. Fair usage of resources
Plans include a monthly allocation of credits and are intended for normal commercial use. Automated, bulk, or abusive patterns that degrade the Service for others may be rate-limited or suspended.
Enterprise and higher-volume needs are welcome — contact us for a plan sized to your usage.
4. Claims & compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims in your ads (health, income, performance, etc.). Our tools include claim-safety guidance, but final compliance is your responsibility.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
